The vision of St. Thomas Vineyard is to make good wines by minimizing the ecological footprint. We use the principle of reasoned culture. So, there is no systematic application of chemicals.

The vineyard has two devices to reduce the application of pesticides. The first being a mechanical weeder and the second a high performance ecological sprayer. In addition, we add the scraps of our asparagus in our compost. By listening to nature, it makes us feel good since our wines win prizes every year.
